As a Tender Executive – you will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting bids for staffing and manpower tenders, especially in government or large corporate sectors. You’ll also coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
Research and identify relevant tender opportunities in recruitment and staffing services.
Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents (technical and financial).
Maintain a calendar of upcoming bids and manage submission timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for required documentation (licenses, financials, experience certificates, etc.).
Analyze tender requirements and ensure compliance with eligibility criteria.
Handle post-tender queries, clarifications, and follow-ups.
Track and report status of submitted tenders and outcomes.
Manage portals like GeM, CPPP, and other tender submission platforms.
Maintain and update a database of previous tenders and documentation.
