Job Description:

We are looking for a female telecaller who can handle incoming and outgoing calls related to PCD Pharma Franchise inquiries. The candidate will be responsible for explaining our franchise model, product range, and business benefits to potential clients, converting them into authorized distributors, and maintaining proper follow-up until onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers who have inquired about PCD Pharma Franchise opportunities.

• Explain company profile, product portfolio, and business model clearly and confidently.

• Convert leads into active franchise/distributor partners.

• Maintain lead data and follow up regularly until closure.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for onboarding new partners.

• Ensure excellent communication and relationship-building with clients.

Requirements:

• Female candidate only.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.

• Prior experience in telecalling / pharma sales / customer support will be an added advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email handling).

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives based on sales conversion

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
