Follow up with interested customers and schedule site visits. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in CRM. Handle customer queries courteously and professionally. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for conversions. Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals. Maintain knowledge of current property listings and market trends. Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
