Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to meet sales, savings-plan enrollments, and operational KPIs specific to the AffordPlan product suite.
Drive effective adoption of AffordPlan solutions (including “Swasth”) among clients—hospitals, pharmacies, and patients.
Ensure accurate reporting, performance analysis, and timely follow-up with team members on daily targets.
Collaborate across functions (operations, marketing, field agents) to roll out targeted savings campaigns in Gurgaon.
Monitor field execution, resolve issues, and maintain high-quality customer experience.
Contribute to team training, onboarding, and performance management.
