We’re looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to join our growing team at PRK Technologies. This role focuses on connecting with potential clients, presenting our products and services, and helping drive new business opportunities. Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
Present and promote PRK Technologies’ products and services confidently and clearly.
Understand client requirements, provide relevant information, and build positive relationships.
Maintain records of daily calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales team for scheduling client meetings and closing deals.
Handle customer queries professionally, ensuring a smooth communication experience.
Qualification: Any Graduates/Under Graduates
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (Freshers can also apply).
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and convincing skills (in English & Hindi).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets).
Goal-oriented attitude with good listening and negotiation abilities.
Positive, energetic, and professional approach to client interaction.
Fixed monthly salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience).
