We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Outbound Telecallers to join our team in Sector 1, Dwarka (Delhi). This role involves connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining our products or services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.
Explain product features and offers in a clear and convincing manner.
Generate and maintain leads in the system.
Follow up on interested customers and close sales effectively.
Achieve daily and monthly calling & sales targets.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and telephone etiquette.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
