Finvest Fortune is a growing financial service provider company specializing in Home Loans, Balance Transfers, and customized financial solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional who can support daily operations, digital presence, and hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and manage social media posts (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, RCS, IVR Blast etc.)
Website maintenance and updates (basic content updates, coordination with developer if required)
Prepare and maintain MIS reports using MS Excel (data entry, tracking, follow-ups)
Draft and manage professional communication in English (emails, letters, proposals, client coordination)
Strong working knowledge of MS Word (documents, letters, agreements) and PowerPoint (presentations, pitch decks)
Coordinate with internal teams for Lead/Data Quality, Follow Ups and tracking
Take up additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time based on business needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English
Good knowledge of social media platforms and content posting
Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of website content management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Positive attitude, quick learner, and adaptable
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile
Female candidate with prior experience in office coordination / operations / digital support
Experience in finance, banking, or service industry will be an added advantage
Smart, presentable, and confident in communication
