Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain personal loan products, eligibility, and benefits clearly to customers.
Generate interest and handle customer queries effectively.
Follow up with interested leads and assist customers through the loan application process.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain call and sales records in CRM systems accurately.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
0–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / loan sales / banking preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and positive attitude toward sales.
