Telecaller

We are seeking Telecallers to promote and explain internet and IT products to potential customers.

Role & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding Internet & IT solutions

Explain product features, services, and benefits in simple terms

Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

Maintain daily call reports and customer records

Build and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements:

Excellent communication & convincing skills

Basic understanding of the Internet & IT products (training will be provided)

Ability to handle customer queries professionally

Prior tele-calling/IT sales experience is an added advantage

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
