We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to generate leads and schedule site visits for our real estate projects. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, sharing project details, and maintaining client follow-ups.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database provided.

• Explain project details, location advantages, and pricing.

• Fix appointments for site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Maintain call records and update client interactions in CRM.

• Follow up with interested clients and convert inquiries into visits.

✅ Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confident and persuasive phone manner.

• Prior experience in real estate (preferred but not mandatory).

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools.
