We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our client base while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:-

Real Estate Sales & Rentals:

• Actively source new listings for rental and sale properties (residential & commercial).

• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers/tenants and provide detailed property information.

• Negotiate deals between property owners and clients, ensuring smooth transactions.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends, pricing, and competitors.

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, referrals, online platforms, and networking events.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and corporate clients.

• Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries and property requirements.

• Interior Design Sales Support:Understand the scope of interior design services offered by the company.

• Cross-sell interior design packages to real estate clients post-transaction or during the sales process.

• Coordinate between clients and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, property rentals, or a related field.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.

• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of interior design services is a plus but not mandatory.

• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and property listing platforms.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
