We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales / Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our IT products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the IT industry.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
6 Months –5 years of proven experience in IT sales or business development.
Strong knowledge of IT products and services (software, hardware, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, etc.).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as required.
Experience in B2B sales within the IT industry.
Established network of corporate clients.
Understanding of emerging technologies and digital transformation trends
