• Make outbound calls to potential customers for Personal, Business & Home Loans

• Explain loan products, eligibility & documentation

• Generate leads and maintain follow-ups

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan options

• Maintain call logs & update CRM regularly

• Coordinate with sales team and banking partners

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati / English)

• Basic understanding of loans & finance (training will be provided)

• Ability to handle customer queries confidently

• Good convincing & negotiation skills

• Freshers & experienced both can apply

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate

• Telecalling or sales experience is a plus
