Tele calling

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Callers to join our team at Mitaksh Infra OPC Pvt. Ltd. (KlickKar.com).
This role involves acquiring new clients, driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Your main responsibility will be identifying potential leads, pitching our services, converting inquiries into sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage in new business opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

• Present, promote, and explain company services to potential customers effectively.

• Conduct basic market research to understand customer needs.

• Convert leads into sales by negotiating and closing deals professionally.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

✅ Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate (Any stream).

• Experience range: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply; experience in tele-calling/sales is a plus).

• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.

• Ability to convince customers and close sales.

• Basic proficiency in phone handling, WhatsApp, and CRM/Excel will be an advantage.
