Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students and clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into walk-ins or admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential students/clients from the provided database.

• Provide detailed information about courses, services, and career guidance offerings.

• Follow up with interested candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Maintain daily call logs and update the CRM.

• Schedule appointments and walk-ins for counselors.

• Assist in lead generation campaigns and outreach programs.

• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.

• Polite and confident telephone manner.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).

• Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.

• Ability to handle objections and convince prospects.
