Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Pune

Work Mode (Alternate Month):
One month: Work From Office (Pune) – Day Shift
One month: Work From Home – Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Key Responsibilities
Take sales calls and close deals effectively
Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead interaction to payment completion
Act as a customer relationship manager between sales closure and payment
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Assist with licensing-related work when required
Maintain accurate client and sales records
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, primarily in the US market
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones
Ability to flex into licensing and operational work when needed
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Preferred Experience
Exposure to healthcare, staffing, or service-based sales is an advantage
Experience handling US clients is preferred
