Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in-person counselling sessions with students and parents.
• Guide them about countries, universities, courses, and requirements.
• Help with applications, documents, interviews, and visas.
• Build trust and relationship with students .
• Achieve monthly counselling and enrollment targets.
Skills & Experience Needed
• Experience: minimum 6 months to 4+ years in education sales or international sales (outbound/ inside sales)
• Qualification: Any Graduate (any stream), PG preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong speaking & convincing skills to engage students/parents.
• Performance Record: Should have achieved admission/sales targets before.
Salary : 4.5 LPA - 7.5 LPA
