Sales Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for a Female Telecaller to join our team and play a vital role in generating leads, promoting products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database

• Explain products/services, features, and benefits to customers

• Follow up on previous interactions and maintain accurate records

• Handle inbound customer queries in a professional and courteous manner

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system

• Work with sales or support teams to achieve monthly targets

• Maintain daily call logs and submit reports as required

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only

• Education: Minimum 10th / 12th pass or Graduate

• Experience: 0–4years (Freshers can apply)

• Excellent verbal communication in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages]

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

Preferred:

• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
