• Meet clients, dealers, and distributors in the field

• Promote and explain lighting products (LEDs, street lights, panels, etc.) with clear concepts

• Close sales through cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits

• Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets

• Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries

• Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results

• Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly

• Maintain and grow the client database effectively

🎯 Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th standard

• 1–5 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with various sales techniques

• Proficiency in computer use and ability to leverage technology

• Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork

• Strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Knowledge of lighting concepts (LED, street lights, panels, etc.) is essential

• In-hand salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000
