Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all banquet operations, from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up.

Supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet functions.

Liaise with clients, event planners, and internal departments to understand event requirements.

Create detailed event execution plans and allocate staff accordingly.

Ensure the timely preparation of banquet halls, audio-visual equipment, and buffet/service setups.

Monitor staff performance and provide training to maintain high service standards.

Resolve any service or guest issues during events promptly and professionally.

Manage banquet inventory including linens, cutlery, glassware, and event supplies.

Control costs by minimizing waste and optimizing labor and resources.

Generate post-event reports and contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of banquet services.
