Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and a strong understanding of financial principles. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate invoices with accuracy.

• Maintain and update inventory records.

• Handle and manage petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.

• Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry and reconciliation.

• Monitor and record financial transactions in accounting software.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Support internal and external audits as required.

• Collaborate with other departments for smooth financial operations.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, or similar tools).

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
