Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to drive our sales growth and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the polymers or related industry, with strong strategic planning, client management, and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Identify potential markets and new business opportunities.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets regularly.

• Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team goals.

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in polymers, chemicals, or manufacturing industries.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and close deals.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of polymers and plastics industry and Home appliances products and Rubber Molding.

• Ability to analyze market data and create effective strategies.

• Leadership qualities with a proactive approach.
