Key Responsibilities:
Bring new channel partners into the assigned territory.
Develop strong relationships with existing partners and drive partner engagement and motivation.
Monitor partner performance, track sales targets, and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
Train and support partners to improve product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Resolve partner issues, manage escalations, and ensure partner satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions with partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine partner strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and branding guidelines.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management.
Proven success in driving partner-led sales models.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
