Job Summary
We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller Sales
Executive to join our sales team. The main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to
potential customers as well as existing customers. As a Telecaller, you are responsible for
handling sales over the phone entirely.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate leads and identify potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial
segments.
● Explain solar solutions to clients, including technical and financial benefits.
● Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and relevant documentation.
● Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
● Stay updated with market trends, government policies, and competitors in the solar energy
sector.
● Achieve sales targets.
● Maintain customer records and database.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role is preferred.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
● Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
