Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and manage a team of real estate sales executives and channel partners
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
Generate leads through multiple channels including brokers, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms
Handle high-net-worth clients and close premium property deals
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends
Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns, site promotions, and launches
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokers
Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and motivation sessions
Ensure complete documentation and compliance with legal processes
Track competitor activity and suggest pricing and product positioning strategies
