Key Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends

• Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns, site promotions, and launches

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokers

• Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and motivation sessions

• Ensure complete documentation and compliance with legal processes

• Track competitor activity and suggest pricing and product positioning strategies
