Job Description

Job Title: Fitness Trainer
Company: Fitclass
Location: Sector 69, 57, 83, 104 – Gurgaon
Department: Training
Working Hours: Shift-based (Morning / Evening)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fitness assessments and understand individual client goals
Monitor client progress and provide regular feedback
Build strong client relationships to enhance member retention and satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

Certified Fitness Trainer (Mandatory)
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Attractive 40% incentive on Personal Training revenue
