Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Manager Sales & Marketing to join our dynamic sales team. The Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, and online platforms.
• Understand client requirements (budget, location, property type, investment goals) and suggest suitable projects.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
• Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotional events.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in business development or sales (real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
