Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecalling Executive for our CAD Desk in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, explaining CAD services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads
Explain CAD design services (2D/3D drawings, layouts, etc.)
Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into business opportunities
Maintain client database and follow-ups
Coordinate with the design team for client requirements
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic knowledge of CAD services (preferred, not mandatory)
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Experience in telecalling/sales will be an advantage
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM handling)
