Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for EdTech?
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our growing team!

📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Preferably Hyderabad, although it is remote for the right candidate.
🕒 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠: Night Shift (US/International Market)
💼 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: 7–10 years
🎯 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲: EdTech (mandatory)

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth in the EdTech vertical.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies targeting international markets.
-Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
-Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations to align on goals.
-Monitor performance metrics and coach the team for continuous improvement.
-Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 7–10 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong background in EdTech.
- Must have experience working in night shifts and handling US or international clients.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
