The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for tiles, blocks, pavers, and related concrete products. The role includes managing the sales team, developing dealer and distributor networks, handling key accounts, and expanding market presence.
Develop and implement sales strategies for tiles, blocks, pavers, and allied products
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Identify new markets, dealers, distributors, and project customers
Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and government bodies
Appoint, train, and manage dealers and distributors
Monitor dealer performance, credit limits, and outstanding payments
Resolve dealer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team
Assign targets and monitor field activities
Conduct regular sales reviews and training sessions
Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Suggest product improvements and new product opportunities
Provide regular market feedback to management
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams
Ensure timely order execution and deliveries
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
5–10 years of experience in tiles, blocks, pavers, cement, or construction material industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good knowledge of dealer network and project sales
Ability to lead and manage a sales team
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and sales reporting
