.Welcome and greet guests in a polite and professional manner
.Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
.Manage room bookings and reservations (walk-in, phone, and online)
.Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
.Maintain guest records and front desk documentation
.Coordinate with housekeeping and management for guest requirements
.Handle basic billing and payment collection
.Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements & Skills:
Female candidates preferred / Male are also welcome
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (Hotel Management preferred)
Skill is more Important
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Pleasant personality with customer-friendly attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / hotel software is a plus)
Prior experience in hotel or hospitality industry is an advantage
Willingness to work in shifts
