📅 Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in Insurance Sales (Agency Sales preferred)
🧑 Age Limit: Less than 32 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit & manage insurance agents from the open market

• Promote and sell FGII Health Insurance products through agency channels

• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals

• Ensure high levels of agent productivity & performance

• Maintain relationships with agents & customers for repeat business

• Generate leads through market research, networking & referrals

• Submit regular sales reports to reporting managers

Skills Required:

• Strong sales & business development abilities

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate agents

• Knowledge of insurance products & market trends

• Negotiation and deal-closing skills

• Target-driven with a self-motivated attitude

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
