You will be responsible for initiating and driving sales strategies for every project, ensuring targets are achieved and customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project-wise targets.
Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and provide property consultations.
Manage end-to-end sales process including negotiations and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Coordinate with marketing teams to drive project promotions.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Take proactive initiatives to kickstart sales activities for every new project.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability in sales closing and client relationship management.
Experience in team handling and motivating team members.
Ability to work proactively and take ownership of sales activities.
Knowledge of the local property market and regulations is preferred.
