We are hiring a Sales Manager for our Real Estate business.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Managing and leading the sales team.
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generating leads and converting them into sales.
Handling client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
Building strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Monitoring market trends and planning sales strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication & leadership skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of local property market preferred.
