Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Achieve and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets (mandatory).

 Promote and sell the Hostel Management Application to hostels, PGs, and student housing operators.

 Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.

 Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.

 Conduct sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations.

 Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.

 Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.

 Maintain accurate records of sales, customer data, prepare performance reports and update CRM

regularly.
