Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and brokers

• Oversee site visits, negotiations, and deal closures

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

• Ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to possession

• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and follow-ups

• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Deep knowledge of real estate market, local regulations, and sales strategies

• Target-driven and customer-focused mindset

• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
