We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executives who are passionate about real estate and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property presentations, and closing deals efficiently.
Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels.
Conduct property presentations and explain project features to clients.
Arrange and accompany clients for site visits.
Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure successful deal closures.
Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in real estate or direct sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Customer relationship management.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pleasant personality and professional approach.
Knowledge of local real estate market (preferred).
Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
