Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Ticketing Expert to manage corporate air travel bookings efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling flight reservations, fare calculations, reissuances, cancellations, and ensuring the best possible travel solutions for our corporate clients in compliance with company policies and budgets.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end domestic and international air ticketing for corporate clients.Use GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) to search, book, and issue tickets.Handle reissuance, refunds, cancellations, and fare adjustments efficiently.Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for special requests, seat preferences, and travel updates.Prepare and send itineraries, e-tickets, and invoices to clients promptly.Ensure fare accuracy and apply corporate deals or negotiated rates.Maintain records of bookings and support the corporate travel policy compliance.Resolve ticketing issues and provide 24x7 support (if required) for urgent business travel.Work closely with the corporate travel team and account managers to ensure client satisfaction.
