Sales Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Showroom Sales Representative to manage walk-in clients and provide expert consultations for curtains, blinds, wallpapers, and mattresses. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, suggesting design combinations, and closing sales to meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in customers and provide detailed demonstrations of home furnishing products.

• Offer design advice on color schemes, fabric textures, and wallpaper patterns to match client interiors.

• Generate accurate price quotations and follow up with leads to finalize orders.

• Coordinate with the installation team for on-site measurements and final fitting.

• Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of product displays within the showroom.

Required Qualities & Skills:

• Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales, preferably in home decor, furniture, or luxury furnishings.

• Communication: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory for the Pune market.

• Aesthetic Sense: Ability to visualize and recommend interior styles to customers.

• Technical Basics: Ability to use basic software for billing and CRM; familiarity with measuring tapes and dimensions.

• Soft Skills: High energy, persuasive communication, and a customer-first attitude.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
