Job Title: B2C Education Counsellor – Telecalling

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Education Counsellor to handle outbound and inbound calls, guide students about courses, and convert leads into admissions.

Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with interested students/leads

Explain course details, fees, and benefits

Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs

Maintain call records and update CRM

Achieve monthly admission targets

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

Telecalling / counselling experience preferred

Basic computer knowledge

Target-oriented and confident personality
