We are seeking a proactive and driven B2B Sales Representative to manage and grow our presence on IndiaMART and Alibaba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals with business clients across various industries.
Lead Generation:
o Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through IndiaMART, Alibaba, and other online directories
o Respond to inquiries and RFQs (Request for Quotations) promptly and professionally
o Use CRM tools to track and manage leads
Client Engagement:
o Communicate with prospects via email, phone, and chat to understand their needs
o Present product offerings and solutions tailored to client requirements
o Build trust and long-term relationships with business buyers
Sales Execution:
o Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
o Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and follow-up documentation
o Close deals and ensure smooth handover to operations/logistics
Reporting & Strategy:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
o Analyze lead conversion rates and optimize outreach strategies
o Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on client insights
