🔹 Role: Sales Executive (US IT Staffing)

🔹 Location: Visnagar / Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office)

🔹 Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

🔹 Experience Required: 0–3 Years (Sales / Customer Support)

🔹 Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities with U.S.-based consultants and clients

Explain our services clearly to potential candidates and partners

Manage the full sales lifecycle from outreach to closing

Lead and attend client meetings via Google Meet

Maintain accurate records of communications and pipeline

Achieve monthly performance targets and KPIs

Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and leadership teams

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)

Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities

Comfortable with night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones

Prior experience in sales, customer support, or US recruitment is preferred

A positive, self-driven, and problem-solving mindset

Freshers with strong English communication are welcome to apply
