Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Back Office Executive to support our growing health food business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media leads, basic accounting tasks, inventory records, and day-to-day back office operations. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to social media leads and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain and update daily sales, expense records, and basic accounting data.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, generate stock reports, and coordinate with vendors.
- Support in data entry, documentation, and order tracking.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth execution of orders and deliveries.
- Assist in preparing reports using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and service-related communication.
- Ensure proper record keeping and filing of invoices and receipts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work culture.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and inventory management is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role in food/hospitality is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
