Responsibilities:

• Sourcing new clients as per product size & Training

• Maintain strong business relationship as per sales closing approach with clients 

• Meet weekly and monthly revenue realization goal

• To manage task under organization SOP

• Maintain multiple reports of business and work properly

• Monthly client meetings in person
  

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skill, high confidence level along with highly self motivated

• Has own strong sources of client onboarding/Lead generation

• Expert in managing the small team and high productivity techniques

• Expert in MS Excel and PPT reports/presentation

• Expert in client retention, Price negotiation and sales growth

• Real Time decision making, upselling, cross selling, Revenue growth

• Target achievement, Incentive earning & Result oriented

• Open to travel for client meetings and business events
  

Mandatory: IT Selling or Digital marketing selling background
