Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) segment.

  • Identify and onboard new business opportunities and clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, and distributors.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with the supply chain and operations team to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Conduct product presentations, sampling, and promotional activities.

  • Provide market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.

Requirements

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.

  • 2–6 years of proven sales experience in HORECA or related food industry.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong network within the hospitality sector.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
