Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, field visits, networking, and referrals.

  • Meet with clients to understand requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.

  • Follow up and present quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

  • Follow up with customers for order closures and timely payments.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, production, delivery) to ensure smooth execution of orders.

  • Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good understanding of CRM tools and MS Office.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
