We are now looking for a Rural & Eco-Tourism Training Executive who is passionate about the countryside, loves to travel, and believes in creating a world where local communities become the real hosts for global guests.

🌱 What Will You Do?

Your role is more than a job—it’s a mission. You will:
• Travel to rural sites where homestays are being developed under eco-tourism projects.
• Conduct engaging training sessions for homestay owners and local establishments on:
   - Guest relations and hospitality etiquette
   - Smooth check-in & check-out processes
   - Cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
   - SOPs for sustainable hospitality practices
• Handhold rural hosts in building confidence to welcome guests while maintaining the warmth of local culture.
• Collaborate with community groups, NGOs, and government bodies, ensuring training aligns with DPR goals.
• Document progress, feedback, and challenges, and share insights with the core team for continuous improvement.

🎓 What You Bring

• A Degree/Diploma in Tourism, Rural Development, or Hospitality (specialization in eco-tourism is a plus).
• Passion for sustainable travel, rural development, and cultural revival.
• Strong communication & training skills—able to explain concepts in simple, relatable language.
• Willingness to travel extensively to rural and remote areas.
• A flexible, empathetic mindset that respects rural culture while guiding them towards global standards.
