Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated graduate freshers who are keen to start their career in the banking and financial services industry. The role involves promoting and selling Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and references.

Promote and sell CASA products as per bank guidelines.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance.

Provide customer service and handle basic banking queries.

Coordinate with the branch team and sales manager for lead follow-ups and closures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc. / etc.).

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience can apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, target-driven, and eager to build a career in banking sales.

Good understanding of local geography and willingness to work in the field.

Basic knowledge of banking products will be an added advantage
