Call qualified leads (data provided) : 150+ dials / 100 call connects per day
Share project pricing, offers, and benefits : 5 active product pitches/day
Schedule & coordinate builder site visits : 7-10 visits/week
Attend walk-ins and assist during site closures : Especially on weekends
Maintain CRM and lead tracker daily : 100% compliance
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Worked in primary sales in a broking firm (real estate)
Project Knowledge : Familiarity with East Bengaluru builders like Brigade, Prestige, Sobha, Puravankara, Assetz, Shriram, Godrej, and Adarsh
Local Area Comfort : Knows North Bengaluru (Devanhalli, Yelahanka etc)
Language Skills : Kannada (preferred), Hindi, English
Tech Tools : WhatsApp Business, CRM
