Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 or more based on performance
Total Earnings Potential: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000+ per month

Job Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, references, and field activities
Handle client enquiries and provide property consultation
Arrange and conduct site visits for customers
Coordinate with builders and internal teams for closures
Maintain client database and follow-up regularly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and relationship management

Required Skills

Strong Convincing & Negotiation Skills
Lead Generation & Cold Calling Experience
Basic Computer Knowledge
MS Excel & CRM Handling (Preferred)
Good Communication & Presentation Skills

Industry Preference

Candidates must have prior experience in Real Estate Sales.
