Qualification Required

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (Preferred)

Experience Required

• Minimum 1 Year to 4 Years in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory)

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

• Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 or more based on performance

• Total Earnings Potential: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000+ per month

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, references, and field activities

• Handle client enquiries and provide property consultation

• Arrange and conduct site visits for customers

• Coordinate with builders and internal teams for closures

• Maintain client database and follow-up regularly

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Provide excellent customer service and relationship management

Required Skills

• Strong Convincing & Negotiation Skills

• Lead Generation & Cold Calling Experience

• Basic Computer Knowledge

• MS Excel & CRM Handling (Preferred)

• Good Communication & Presentation Skills

Industry Preference

Candidates must have prior experience in Real Estate Sales.
